PRO SPOT Awarded U.S. Patent for
Dent Pulling device for Automotive Collision Repair.
ESCONDIDO,
CA – Pro Spot International, Inc. has been granted a U.S. Patent
for a new dent-pulling tool, which incorporate a weld electrode fastening
system together with a blocking device.
The new dent pulling system is marketed under the name PRO PULL and can be adaptable to any electrical power supplies that are used for resistance spot welding or multi task welders such as model Pro Spot PR-2.
PRO PULL is the latest in dent pulling technology for the collision industry. This tool makes dent pulling into art! It's designed to be extremely flexible. Thanks to the replaceable blocking plates and the adjustable weld shaft, the operator has a lot of options available in how to maximize the pulling technique used when straightening the dent.
The PRO PULL doesn't require a weld cable; it hooks up to the welding units directly through a current carrying weld shaft. The weld shaft is adjustable by means of a locking lever located on top of the unit. With the adjustable weld shaft the operator can be more precise ensuring a more accurate dent repair. PRO PULL also adapts a paint-less dent removal adapter, which is used for repairing dents on vehicles without damaging the painted surface.
