Pro Spot AL-5 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder is designed for aluminum dent pulling but can also be used with steel studs for welding to UHSS panels with
no or very little heat applied to the panels. The welder is very easy to use and is controlled by one knob to adjust duration of weld time. The welder auto detects the line voltage between 110 VAC – 240 VAC.

AL-5 Dent Pulling System

The AL-5 Aluminum Stud Welding Gun has an easy-to-use design that will have you welding in seconds. Simply insert the stud into the front of the weld shaft, press down & weld. Studs will be securely fastened to the surface & will allow you to pull dents out of the panel.

Pull Bar Dent Pulling System (optional)

The Pro Spot AL-5 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder is capable of welding studs that can be utilized by the Pro Spot Pull Dent Pull Bar. Our new Pull Bar features a 4 & 6 Jaw clamp, and adjustable foot swivel pads for mounting both vertically & horizontally. The dent pull bar makes dent pulling extremely easy, quick & accurate. The pull bar can also adapt to the Pro Pull system for isolated dent pulling.
