Welding Arm Systems

The Pro Spot i4 comes with a variety of extension arms to accomodate any welding job. Switching between electrode arms is easy with the i4, simply loosen the handle to pull off the C-Arm & insert the new extension arm.

Switching to Extension Arms
Switching between electrode arms is easy with the
i4! Loosen the handle and pull off the C-Arm...
Now, insert the extension arm and tighten the handle.

Using Extension Arms is easy. Just position welding head over the area to be welded; push one button to open electrodes wide, push the other button to close electrodes and weld.

Extension arms are conveniently stored at the base of the i4

C -Type Gun - Ergonomically Correct

The advantage of the C-Type spot gun is that when welding vertical pinch welds such as quarter panels, rocker panels, door pillars, etc., the spot gun is positioned
perpendicular to the work area.

X-Type Gun

The X-type design is used on certain applications where the C-type can’t reach. 90% of all welding needs can be done with the C-type but for some radiator support and truck bed pinch welds, the X-adapter is priceless.

PS-52 Wheelhouse Arm


 
The Wheel House Arm allows access to hard to reach areas such as the wheel house. The unique design of the Wheel House Arm and electrodes prevents interference with the wheel house, preventing such common wheel house welding problems as arching and blowing holes.
