PR-10 Resistance Spot Welder

Imagine having all your welding needs away from the floor suspended from the ceiling. It is now possible! The PR-10 Overhead moves extremely easily...just direct the welding head to where you want to weld. The PR-10 Overhead offers resistance spot welding (liquid cooled), MIG welding and dent pulling all on a track system that effortlessly moves to any position on the vehicle. The PR-10 overhead system covers up to 14 bays!

The PR-10 is designed to make structural strength 6mm weld nuggets. Thanks to the trans-gun design with liquid cooling, the PR-10 produces over 10,000 A of weld power at the welding tips. In a sheer strength test, a single PR-10 weld holds more than 2200 lb. (1000kg). The PR-10 welds measure up to the factory requirements weld after weld.

	Extension Arms The Pro Spot PR-10 comes with a variety of extension arms to accomodate any welding job situation.

	PR-10 Duo: Built-in MIG Welder PR-10 Duo features an easy upgrade to include a PR-155 MIG welder. It can be installed later as an upgrade package or ordered with MIG welder built-in from the factory.
	PR-10 Overhead Installation The Pro Spot PR-10 is available in an overhead ceiling-mounted version. The ceiling-mounted version hangs from the ceiling at 20' bracket spacing.

Equipped with the finest quality repair equipment, Pro Spot is proud to be the welding company of choice. Overhead installations totaling over 560’ (190m). 8 Resistance spot welding heads are servicing over 40 working stalls. The longest run is 312’ (100m) long. The welding heads on the yellow bridges can be easily moved from one end to another always connected electrically by a busbar system that along the blue runways.
