The PR-2000 inverter resistance spot welding system is a powerful 3 or 1 phase spot welder utilizing the new inverter technology to produce higher quality, faster repair jobs. The pre-programmed weld modes automatically select the proper weld current and weld time. The digital display lists the selected program. The Extension Arm System allows access to hard to reach areas.

	Control Panel The PR-2000 features a large 4x6" monitor capable of displaying data and weld parameters.

	Built-in MIG Welder Included PR-2000 features an easy upgrade to include a PR-155 MIG welder. It can be installed later as an upgrade package or ordered with MIG welder built-in from the factory.
	PR-2000 Overhead Installation The Pro Spot PR-2000 is available in an overhead ceiling-mounted version. The ceiling-mounted version hangs from the ceiling at 20' bracket spacing.
	Pro Pull Dent Pulling (optional) Pro Pull is the latest in dent pulling technology for the collision industry. This tool makes dent pulling an art.

Welding Arm Systems

The Pro Spot PR-2000 comes with a variety of extension arms to accomodate any welding job. Switching between extension arms is easy with the PR-2000, simply loosen the handle to pull off the C-Arm & insert the new extension arm.

PR-2000 Software


The two sided weld program features five main weld modes: HSS/Galv, Mild Steel, Weld Bonding, Boron Steel, and Custom. Upslope and Downslope of the weld current are automatically applied.		PR-2000 software is equipped with a multiple-language feature which allows the users to choose one of the several built-in languages.		The Single-Sided weld programs offer single-sided welding, pro pull dent pulling, contact shrinking, stitch welding & more!		Questions? No problem. In any weld screen, just push the 'HELP / INSTRUCTION' button. The on-board instructions will guide you in the language of choice on the large monitor where images and instructions are displayed.

Versatile Welding Arm System


Spot welding of quarter panel using C-Arm (PS-302).		Consistent weld quality with short weld time thanks to the latest inverter technology		Wheel House welding with PS-52 Arm makes it possible to weld the most difficult applications.		PS-52 Wheel House Arm is a must for tight areas with limited space for the electrodes.
