1. What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
Pro Spot prefers to ship via UPS and shipping is available at 5 levels of delivery service to most destinations:

| Pro Spot makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of the day they are received. However, there might be times when orders will take longer to ship. In case of a back order, Pro Spot will make every effort to notify you of a lead time. Orders received after 1PM PST will be processed the next business day. Shipments to Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Alaska and Canada may take longer then specified. Shipment estimated exclude weekends and holidays. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box Address. | |
2. How are my shipping charges calculated ?
All shipping methods are calculated based on service, weight and destination.
Note: Shipping charges quoted in this website are ESTIMATES ONLY and may be different at the time of shipping.
3. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
We apologize, but we no longer offer this service. You will need to place separate orders when shipping items to multiple addresses.
4. Does Pro Spot service international destinations?
Yes, but you will have to place an order via a phone. Currently, Pro Spot Online Store ships to addresses in the United States, Canada and US Territories only.

5. What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
UPS currently does not allow shipping to a P.O. Box.
6. What if you shipped me the wrong item?
Pro Spot International, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If we have shipped you the wrong item, please contact us to arrange for a return and exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If we made a mistake, we will, in most cases, pay for the return and replacement shipping charges. 7. What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you have made a mistake in ordering the wrong part, feel free to contact us to arrange for a return and exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
NOTE: Returns subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

8. What if the package arrived damaged and/or parts fell out during shipping?
Pro Spot makes every effort to package all shipments in appropriate packaging, however, we cannot guarantee that a package will not be damaged on arrival. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect all packages and to note any damage to the freight company driver. Please report damaged freight to Pro Spot Customer Service.
